Alright alright, there is an issue there my friends…
There is a buff that says “Increased Charisma” which you can get from either a Potion of Endowment or a Golden Lotus Potion as far as I’m aware.
Now what it does, as the word “endowment” says, is that it increases the size of your genitals for 1 hour, in case you’re a male. Females just have increased charisma, but there is no visual change.
While the option of making their chests even bigger comes to mind, some are already big enough to float and support a whole battleship in the meantime, which leads to this: Give Charisma a unique effect for females so their beautiful behinds get slightly bigger (no need to make it big enough to support a battleship).

I do hate to be the bearer of bad news SpherisCore, but the probability of this ever coming to pass is low. It is an issue to do with the meshes for pants. There was another topic from dearly missed friend here on the forum back in the day which examined the issue in greater depth. Although sadly much like this member it is now gone. For what it is worth, I support and agree with your call, and would love to be able to adjust our characters booty proportions. But I wouldnt hold your breath.
I am pretty sure Funcom would have to rework every armor in the game in order to make the butt changable (attaching vertices to a slider). The thing is, Funcom has other priorities on the list. So it is not impossible, but really a lot of work, which they don’t have the time for (currently).
Like the Potion of Endowment Sestus2009, for male characters it enhances the length of the characters…genitals. For female characters charisma does absolutely zip. At least at this point in the game anyway buddy.
