ive done somethign wrong during poayment for membership i bet but i have no idea what, i do know that i have send money through paypal but i think the premium member bonuses are locked?? for example i can only create one character?

They’re able to DM with you to check how your ticket is coming along (in the queue). Note that tickets can take anywhere from weeks to months. There’s quite some backlog.
