I’m pretty sure if you go to twitch, or maybe even youtube, you can post a question before the stream even starts. Then just watch it back in your free time.
They seem to at least attempt to address all viable questions.

Alex talked about decay a bit in the last stream. I have it time stamped and summarized as usual. Its on my October 10th posting.
So you wish to pay for an opportunity not to play because you server is restarting every 10 minutes or because you get 5 fps after the latest update, I get it.
You would be surprised, but this is already possible - just rent your own server. There you can set up an infinite decay timer, lift off building restrictions, give XP boosts and do a lot of other premium things.
Indeed. Though I think a lot of people prefer not having to deal with the hassle of managing their server, let alone compete for users with the gazillion other private servers - I’m not sure if it’s still the case, but there have been times where there were more active servers than active players, which is when I started seeing the “just make your own server” as a less helpful suggestion (though in some cases it’s still the right answer).
That’s a problem you can solve with compelling recruitment ads. If your server, its rules and its community are attractive, people will come and join it. You could even convince some real-life buddies to start playing Conan Exiles with you if you have a server where they can be certain that no random online bully will ruin their fun.
But it’s true that managing your own server (and your own community) takes a lot more effort than throwing a ten-dollar bill at your screen every month and letting someone else do all the dirty work for you.

It would be OK to have separate payed servers. Moderated for all the players, with banning griefers and cheaters in spite of their money. It’s NOT OK to have two kinds of players on the same server.
