Purchased 12m premium on 12th August, my account shows payment accepted, money went out of my account same day, but my account is still showing as f2p . I raised a support ticket just had the email notification with reference number, and thats it heard zero. No way of checking ticket if its even been looked at. You cannot even reply to the ticket as its a noreply email address and there is no way of seeing it. In game account still showing as f2p. if does not show as active will expect a refund in next 7 days. If nothing still then will raise with my bank as fraud, which it is as these type of transactions should be instantaneous or nearly so
How did you pay (CC, Paypal etc…) and via where? (steam, AoC MyAccount page etc…
Some payment types and locations seem to take longer to get through and show up than others do.
Also there’s only 1 guy handling tickets and such for the game so historically it’s taken longer than you’d normally expect.
Just an FYI, if you do a chargeback via your bank your AoC account will get banned.

I paid by Debit card through my account on your AoC site and checked later that day. , you took the money from my account on the 14th of august so whats going on??

2 weeks is a long time to get this issue sorted. Call me shocked that a company such as funcomm only has one person answering support tickets. i expect an rapid response and blackmailling me by threatening a ban will not play well as this is your error not mine. I have held back from the charge back but wont for long and further more will contact all gaming sites and media streaming contacts i can to highlight this shocking service
