You can change the keybinds… manually by editing the ini file ( …\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\input.ini )
Because yeah, why display those binds in the menu where people can see them, eh?
Speaking of “QA”, it’s even worse for those who don’t have a QWERTY type of keyboard. For example French users are constantly auto-looting everything as they strafe left (since Q and A are swapped on that layout).
No way to obviously fix this besides editing the .ini file or swapping keyboard type in windows (which is a pain when you’re used to type on a specific layout).
