Problem getting in Age of Conan to run

I keep get error 150 LocalConfig.sml and do not know how to fix it.

download the LocalConfig.xml from http://aoc-eu-update.live.ageofconan.com/upm/AoCLiveEU/LocalConfig.xml , put in in the game’s folder and then run the ConanPatcher.exe again.

This mod actually changes files on your computer other than those in the Age of Conan installation folder. 1. Perform a fresh install of Age of Conan. Uninstall using “unins000” if possible. Otherwise, please delete the AOC folder manually. Then go to register.ageofconan.com/ and download and install the game patcher.
