Problem launching the game

Good afternoon,

Since I bought the last two DLC of the game Age of Conan, (Rise of godslayer, and boost of a character to level 80), the game does not start.

This error appears first: “Windows can’f find the file AgeOfConan.exe”

When i close that window, this error appears: "Missing file ‘LocalConfig.xml’ Error Code 150

I have reinstalled the game 3 times, and uninstalled Steam twice.

What I can do?
I have windows 11 and all drivers and directx are fine

Please I need help.
