on the server (Official server #1302 PvE Conflict-g-portal.com) two points of teleportation are blocked. The cartographer became useless.

A clan in our server did this and everyone got pissed and now most of the server are hostile towards them, if they are not alpha clans dominating everyone you should teach them a lesson
PvE - the server. constructions are eternal. I consider it a game bug and who uses bugs - cheaters

Near is a relative thing. Whatever hard limit Funcom would set, someone would build just 1 square further out to be a pain.
Also, limiting building in such mannercan also hurt. On our server, several groups built public rooms near many obalisks. This made life more enjoyable as did the wells added and other nice ammenities these groups added.
True, but the harder it can be for griefer, the better it can be for the others.
it would certainly not hurt as much as it is hurting the poor civilized players right now (who are asking nothing but to play the game). Personnally i have never experienced such things and i hope that i will never experience it, but i can well imagine how i would feel in such scenarios.
