The catch on the EL map is that without learning the recipe themselves they can’t repair the item without reducing the durability unless they bring it back to you. In which case someone is going to be indefinitely farming for eldarium with eldarium being a lot harder to get on EL.
Or it’s just an interim weapon they’ll use til they get something better.
Given the weapons were severely nerfed and the extreme odds of getting one that’s even slightly useful, maybe the annoying shard, it’s been so long I’m forgetting what they all were and did, it just seems kind of pointless.
As someone who transferred to EL with a lot of the Siptah recipes the only ones I still use are the wolf helm for thralls and voidforge katana for killing trash mobs. Fairly sure you can’t get either of those from the schematics but maybe one day.
Now if you just find it fun to do then I can’t argue with that. I may even summon the guy enough times to make a few recipes myself just to see what I get.
I like them for transmog. Putting the glowing sword that swings like a mace on the momentum is bad ass. I put it in Freya’s hand and she stacks bleed with her perks, so it fits. It just looks like she’s wildly swinging a sword. Lol…
Here’s a video on the vendors and what they can sell.
I was even able to uncover some useful things like selling bazaar items to players. Although Im not sure about them removing and equipping the armor or weapons on themselves. It might disappear.
Pets are most definitely able to be sold. I’m selling a couple of Festive dogs. Unfortunately, any mounts will not work if they don’t have they don’t own it. I’m kinda bummed out that you can only sell one pet or thrall at a time. I was hoping to pile up a few at least. I hope they update that.
I’ve dropped numerous thralls into the cage, but none show up for sale. I’m doing something wrong. With armor, without armor, weapons, no weapons, named, no name, 0 and 20.
Still no information on new gems you craft through alchemy? I crafted Obsidian gem, pressed right click and it disappeared, as if consumed…what does it do?
There is also another gem, that requires Hyperborean Witch blood to craft, which I have no clue, where to get, and inert gem, that new demon trader sells.
Not use them. Leave things you don’t own on the thrall. Have the maker outfit to your preference even illusion. If you’d like pay extra for custom thralls
But if you remove I think it will disappear.
But atleast you get to own things you can’t craft.
Especially a way to summon special enemies. Hopefully that gets expanded upon with more targets for summon and slay. This one very approves.
Hopefully the purge changes address the issues. Haven’t had a chance to fully stress test (old purge bases all decayed, hakuna matata) but it is addressing an issue that has been quite a size grande thorn.
Thrall trading. That has been requested for so long. This, this is an extremely good step. The interface isn’t seamless, but it also has a solid feel, it is thematically appropriate. Bravo, three clapping bunnies.
Overall this one hasn’t found anything too rage inducing, but have seen reports that the build system has become a bit more restrictive regarding overlap. But that’s a thing to discuss more once this one has putz around.
Has anyone seen which DLC dye channels have been improved? This one hasn’t touched dyes since they were forced to be at the dye table. (Poop. It’s not Nemedian Officer. That armour still, despite having a blackened steel icon is stuck with the brightest of aluminum colours for the mail which is still resistant to any sort of correction of the chrome plating).
