I have a base with a vertical elevator to descend to sea level. Just fell off it to my death 3 times in a row after it had fully descended. The 2nd and 3rd times I waited progressively longer before stepping off, only to fall from my original high position. The 4th time I stepped off whilst crouching, ended up crouching on the woodwork at the top again. Known issue?
