Have recently started playing on PS4 due to PS+, before anyone thinks of calling me a free-loader, i’m going to get the dlc’c shortly
I just thought i’d bring the following issues up
It froze and crashed last night and twice this morning (under 10min of the offline server loading)

Am using ps4 slim, have just rebuilt databass to see if it would help, also i’ve notice that i’m unable to change custom server setting apart from restoring default setting and change default difficulties
any setting that i try changing, eg turning PvP off, doesn’t work, its still ticked after re-entering server setting

We’re aware about the settings issue and it’s been fixed internally, to come out soon as a part of a hotfix.

I’m also having these freezes. It’s worse when fighting in a city, you can hit a few times then you freeze for 2-3 seconds, you also get it when running around a big base, it makes the game a pain in the ■■■.

PS4 original here. Constant crashes with blue screen errors telling me to upgrade the software, but it upgraded with 1.40. Please, we or at the very least, I, need a hot fix. I had terrible lag, stuttering and crashes after 1.39 patch. To almost unplayable. Now with 1.40 patch, the crashes are unbearable. I can’t play offline anymore… I can’t play online. I have reinstalled this game, I’ve deleted corruption off my hd. I’m so sad, I purchased so much to only play for 10 minutes a day, if I’m lucky.
I’m having the same issue, constant lags and freezes in an offline single player game. Besides that, it seems that the audio is out of sync. The music will start playing after I’m done killing the monster, all the sounds are out of sync. When I unequip my sword I will hear the sound like 5 seconds later and then silence for a while then the ambient music will play. It gets worse every day I play its frustrating I get ambushed when I’m looting and then BAM i get hit by someone but theres no music when you get targeted… its starts playing after im dead. lol
Im running the game on a PS4 PRO.
I feel ya… its not enjoyable exploring and base building with these constant lags and freezes. I spend most of my time just waiting for the game to load properly and to hope I dont get attacked by invisible monsters LOL
