PS4 No Thrall "Knockout" bar

Problem: PS4 No Thrall “Knockout” bar can’t knockout / get thralls

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Equip truncheon (tried basic and steel)
  2. Attack thrall with Truncheon, no knockout bar appears
  3. Truncheon does damage and will eventually kill the thrall, but does not knock unconscious
