PS4 Patch 1.69 Character Physics still not working

Bug Description:

*On default sized female character, doing any of the following will abruptly turn off their physics:

  1. Accessing the main menu
  2. Kicking
  3. Climbing
  4. Changing armor anywhere on their body
  5. Sometimes by taking damage or even doging*

Expected Behavior:

*I expect that for a game running on hardware this old that this sort of visual distraction would not be an issue. *

Steps to Reproduce:

*As shown above:

  1. Opening the main menu causes it.
  2. Kicking causes it.
  3. Climbing causes it.
  4. Changing equipment causes it.
  5. Sometimes taking damage or dodging causes it.*

Anyone know if this gets fixed with 2.5?

Still broken. To add to it the problem now extends to male characters as well. Repeat the steps explained above and all their junk will just stop moving. But at least its an equal opportunity failure. But I think I am officially out of this game now. This has been going on in consoles now for over a year and because they keep breaking everything else an obvious and distracting visual flaw remains in place to this day. Utter garbage.
