(ps4 pro) Ps4 pro lag! And frustration

[I’ve got a Ps4 pro, and keep getting picture and sound lag very often, always near buildings. Support said in a mail that they can’t help me, but I could try lowering some settings. Well, what can I do? Any good tips or ideas? ]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Start ps4
2.start game
3. Voila

Cant do anything, And its like that since day one lauch. Never had any post from devs about It. Get a standard PS4 It performs alot better in this game.
