PS4 server 3052 freezes to loading screen

The server I play on freezes to the loading screen when you try to connect in the evenings. In the mornings access is ok. Can someone take a look this server?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Try to log in to server 3052 in the evening
  2. Loading bar gets full but nothing happens

It has been happening for quite sometime now on and off, I have been dealing with @hugo before about this problem, and again tonight, hope this gets resolved soon, also the server has been very laggy
