Ps4 siptah no npc spawns on local game

Bug Description:

Npc camps are mostly empty. Some like liver watch spawn 2 npcs

Expected Behavior:

More npcs should be spawned at npc camps. On line games have many npcs

Steps to Reproduce:

Start a local/coop game in siptah.

We’re aware of this issue and we have fixed parts of it for the upcoming 2.4.6 patch. However, we’d be interested in knowing what settings you had selected in your single player game (difficulty settings, or any settings you may have customized from the default ones).

I forget the first time. I have restarted three games where a restored to default settings for civilized, decadent and barbaric. Each time mostly empty npc camps.

Same in PC. Before this fast patch NPCs camps where working and now are almost empty.
