Good evening, I have a save problem when I get out of my solo game and I want to continue the next day I find myself with part of my last constructions missing and which have to be rebuilt again but the worst is that I also find myself without my acquired knowledge and yet I can clearly see my 281 points spent, if I equip the construction hammer I am no longer able to build anything, I have to select and learn the knowledge again. I tried to resume my save in the cloud and also on the console then to restart the game it does not change anything. Since I only see one backup that I can recover and well… It’s really painful, I specify that I don’t have any dlc for the moment. Does anyone have the same problem or maybe a solution? Thank you all.
Bonsoir, j ai un soucis de sauvegarde lorsque je me déco de ma partie solo et que je souhaite continuer le lendemain je me retrouve avec une partie de mes dernières constructions manquantes et qui doivent être reconstruites a nouveau mais le pire est que je me retrouve aussi sans mes savoirs acquis et pourtant je vois bien mes 281 points dépensés, si j équipe le marteau de construction je ne suis plus capable de construire quoi que ce soit, je dois sélectionner et apprendre a nouveau les savoirs. J’ai essayé de reprendre ma sauvegarde dans le cloud et aussi sur la console puis de relancer le jeu cela ne change rien. Étant donné que je ne vois qu’une seule sauvegarde que je peux récupérer et bien … C est vraiment pénible, je précise que je n ai pour le moment aucun dlc. Quelqu un a t il aussi le même problème ou peut être une solution ? Merci a tous.

When you quit the game , do you go through the game menu or do you close the application via the ps button on your controller? .

I started a game again yesterday and today I still find the same surprise! The worst part is that I also just bought expansion pack 1 why there is no manual backup and also several backup files just in case ?!

Salut à tous, j’ai exactement le même problème mais sur ps4 ! Chaque fois que je lance ma partie un message apparaît me disant qu’aucune sauvegarde n’a été trouvée, je recommence, le jeu se charge et je suis au bon endroit mais mes constructions et mon loot ont disparu (parfois complètement, parfois en partiellement). Et ça continue même si je recommence une nouvelle partie.
I had the exact same issue in solo mode.
Constructions and chests disappeat. even got the bracelet links to the obelisks erased.
Lost a lot of my stuff.
Do people from Funcom work on those bugs or stuff if lost forever?

I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or if it really worked but i uninstalled the game and redownloaded it. I was afraid of losing my purchases made at the bazaar and my battle pass but since the game was unplayable, I took the risk. When I restarted the game, everything was there. I started a new game and haven’t had any problems since. I don’t know if it’s a good idea but for me it worked… at least until now. Don’t blame me if this gets you in trouble, if you do it is at your own risk. I hope I have been helpful.

Same here. I play on ps5. And this is not one off issue. It happened to me after few days of playing again. Deleted some of my thralls from wheel of pain. Some items from inventory went missing, sone blueprints disappeared. The last one was even funnier. It changed my gender. Sorry to say, I do not know if you can solve it. Reported it, but no response. The game is in a very bad spot. I have played it for about 3k hours and this game was never this bad.

Comme je l’ai dit j’ai désinstallé le jeu puis je l’ai re-téléchargé, ça a bien marché pour moi. évidement j’ai du recommencer une nouvelle partie mais je n’ai perdu ni mes achats effectués au bazar ni mon battle pass et je n’ai plus eu de problèmes depuis.
Maintenant il faut voir si ça peut marcher pour toi aussi. pour info, je joue sur ps4, je ne sait pas si ça fera la même chose sur une autre plateforme.

And the fun part is that all my structures are still here but I can’t access them because the game tells me that no one owne them! I precise that I deleted the game and all my saves before reinstalling it again, AND IT’S THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENS!

Et le plus drôle c’est que toutes mes structures sont toujours là mais je ne peux pas y accéder car le jeu me dit que personne ne les possède ! Je précise que j’ai supprimé le jeu et toutes mes sauvegardes avant de le réinstaller à nouveau, ET C’EST LA DEUXIÈME FOIS QUE ÇA ARRIVE !
This actually happened the other day when @Marylambs and I were practicing a build to do on official. I was having stability issues that I think may have been a bug. She restarted her co-op and when got back in the game, part of the build was gone.
No, I click on continue, not new game. Like I said, it’s the second time it happens to me. I made a few tests with an USB stick and I’ll copy my save on it. I’d rather lose 1 or 2 hours of progression than an entire game.
Non, je clique sur continuer, pas sur nouveau jeu. Comme je l’ai dit, c’est la deuxième fois que ça m’arrive. J’ai fait quelques tests avec une clé USB et je vais copier ma sauvegarde dessus. Je préfère perdre 1 ou 2 heures de progression qu’une partie entière.
