Been away from game for quite some time now. I haven’t done the Barkeep thing. How/where do I get that Coffer Chest?

Knowledge feat (requires level 20) - think it’s under the Survival tab if I remember correctly (or just search ‘Treasure Coffer’) - then it’s crafted using the construction hammer (subcategory ‘Clan’ under ‘Decoration’ (again, if memory serves)).

I found the Treasure Coffer in the Knowledge Tree. Forgotten also how to use the Tree. In that Required Section were 3 boxes, all empty and couldn’t craft it?? What is required to craft it? I’m Lvl 60.
Sorry, took me a moment to find things (looks like my memory of which sections some things were in was wrong (or they’ve changed)).
In the Knowledge tree you should be seeing this (under the Decorations tab):
If it’s browned out (like the row above Treasure Coffer in the the screenshot) then you’ll need to spend knowledge points to unlock it (if you haven’t got any spare, you may need to eat a Fragment of Power). If it’s green then you should already know it.
Then, with the Construction Hammer in hand, open the construction menu (I think ‘F’ is the default, but it may be another one I’ve rebound) and then, under the Decorations tab scroll down to ‘Treasures’ in the left column and you should see something like:
And it should just cost a bit of shaped wood and iron reinforcements to place (it’ll show green in this menu if you have the required items in your inventory)
If the boxes are showing up empty here, but the feat is showing up green in your knowledge list, then I’m not sure what’s going on…

On ur first screenshot (on right side), what r the 3 other skills needed there?
If we’re talking about the three boxes on the top right in a little row together, they should be blank (there are no required other knowledges). It should just require that you have (at least) three knowledge points and then you should be able to open it. It should just require you to select the knowledge and then click on the button at the bottom right (greyed out in the first screenshot, because I’ve already opened it). I’ve had some inconsistent behaviour with this in recent chapters, so it’s worth trying to click on it, but also try the hotkey as an alternative (marked on the button, I think ‘F’ is still the default but whatever it is the button should say).

On my Treasure Coffer screen (bottom right side), it says unlock(3). Is there a table I need to go to craft it? Or is it not "unlocked yet?
So that means it’s saying you just need to unlock the knowledge - just select Treasure Coffer so it’s outlined (like in my original screenshot) and then click on the button marked ‘Unlock’ to unlock it. The 3 in brackets is telling you it wants you to spend 3 knowledge points to unlock it. If you don’t have three knowledge points left over (it’ll tell you just above the three blank boxes you were asking about before) then you won’t be able to unlock it and will need to get more points.
(You said you are level 60, so the only ways to get the points are either eating a Fragment of Power, or drinking a respec potion and resetting all your knowledges).
To place the coffer once you have unlocked the Knowledge, you don’t need any kind of bench you just need to have the materials in your inventory (shaped wood and iron reinforcements). You have to place the Construction Hammer in your character’s hand and open the construction menu as shown in my second screenshot and select the treasure coffer from that menu. Then it will show it ready to placed like any building piece.

Got it, got it 
It was Companions in my Playthru. I’d never guessed that. Thnx I had to move my Coffer and Gold Stacks to a more suitable location…but the Purge ran fine. Got my Tavern built and my Barkeep.
