Purge armorer should be able to create a legendary armor patch kit

Hi!

As purge blacksmith can craft legendary weapon repairkit, why are purge armorers unable to craft armor patch kits?

Would be nice if they have the feature.

PS.: I dont even have a purge armorer and I have >1000 weapon and armor kits :smiley:
