Purge meter fills but no.purge

My purge meter fills but no purge. All my settings are good. I used to get purged regular… now it just fills the meter and it stays filled. Any ideas? I stopped and restarted my server and I turned purge off and on again… neither did the trick

Are you able to access the admin console with a keyboard on Ps4? If so, my trick to fix this is to either do:

FillAllClanMeters -> StartNextPurgePhase (I cant remember the exact command name but the admin console will suggest what to type)

or

FillAllClanMeters -> EmptyAllClanMeters

Doing one or the other usually gets it unstuck.
