We have a private rented GPORTAL Server. There is only 1 clan on the server.
Prior to Update 34, we managed to get the Purge System working. Although not perfectly as 66% of the purges too place when no clan member was online.
We have noticed over the last few days that the Purge Meter has been “shrinking” over the last few days. It was around 90% full 3 days ago, then about 75% 2 days ago, then 50% yesterday.
We have been gathering, building, hunting/feedning thralls, hunting/feeding pets, running through the Midnight Grove and yet the Purge Meter is slowing heading towards zero percent on the meter.
We noticed that while we are in the game, the purge meter will slowly increase, but once we all log out of the server and log back into the server the purge meter has reset itself back to 0%.
To restate:
Private Gportal XBOX Server (10-player max) (that previously had working online/offline purges)
1 clan - 8 clan members (although only about 4 clan members play regularly meaning everyday for several hours)
I’ve got a post about this in the PS4 Updates and Bugs forum. We are experiencing the same issue, the purge meter decreases too quickly to keep it moving forward. My guess is that the recent change to have purge meters decrease for inactive clans needs to be retooled, as it is clearly decreasing for clans that are active.
I would like to add that my g-portal server has been experiencing this bug as well. The Purge meter used fill quite well but since the last patch, it just drains no matter the Threshold number.
I hope soon is today, because people are leaving the PVE servers because they can’t get purged. This should be your priority fix now. I’m leaving myself if this isn’t fixed soon.
