Purge starting and stopping with a few minute duration

Bug Description: Purge starting and stopping with a few minute duration.

Reproduction: No steps required, happens when purge occurs

Can confirm this has been happening constantly on our private server as well. The logs look like this. Seems it attempts to find a location and fails. Other times the error will be “no valid paths”
