does the damage multiplier affects concussion damage? ie, higher damage multiplier increases the concussive damage a truncheon can do?

What do you mean by “damage multiplier.” In server settings?
Generally, damage to HP is separate from concussive damage which lowers the white bar above the thralls HP bar. Concussion damage depends on the type of truncheon, blunt fittings, points in authority and +concussion on armor. Truncheons are also strength weapons so points in strength may increase concussion damage.
each thrall has a damage multiplier, it does not show, but ther are thralls that with the same weapon hit much stronger than others.

I suspect that it does based on experience but that is hard to quantify. Generally the quality of the follower increases along with the quality of the truncheon. Successfully knocking out high damage fighters like 'zerkers and volcano thralls often depends more on the HP of the follower than any damage multiplier.
my question is regardless of hp, does it takes the same ammount of hits to bring the volcano thrall if you compare a darfari thrall and a cimmerian thrall? just the concussion damage output
