Question over settlement and unfriendly access

In PvP you can access other players/clans benches, do they get access to the various thralls that can assist that bench or does this change mean they can no longer gain the thrall benefits of another player?

Also does the visibility of the thrall types remain on that bench for other players to see? Are decoy bases antiquated now?

My internet the past days is really bad. If it gets better we can try it together on a pvp server for science!
