Questions for Customer Service

Adding to this- I once asked for clarification on this statement- and would like to know exactly what it means.

“Moving forward, we will provide faster more comprehensive service to players that actively support our games monetarily.”

Does this mean only subscribers? Or does it mean if you spend a certain amount in the item store? If so, what is the amount needed?

How often, is “actively”?

If Funcom meant this to mean subscribers only, why did they not say that directly?

And having said this, I will add- the few times I have contacted Funcom via petition lately has been satisfactory.

Still over all clarification would be helpful to the players and the game.
