Quick question about PvP costumes from a returning player

Are they still obtainable?
Can you still level them?
How can I acquire them?

As someone who wears Templar Reinforced Armour (5) since day one because the character creator couldn‘t give me the face I wanted, I feel your pain, but I believe this all depends whether you still have a vanity transfer.

Do PvP in the old game, buy the armours there, then transfer to SWL.

Basic PvP armor can be obtained from Patron Vanity Bags in SWL.

Higher ranking armor can only be transferred from TSW.
