Bug Description:
I was playing on a modded server and went through our build, closing unlocked Chests and doors, picking and placing down decorations and building pieces with everything working fine.
I moved on to the next piece on my list and noticed that holding down E on a chest would not bring up the radial menu like it did just moments before but only rapidly open and close it.
So I checked on other things around:
Walls, other kind of chests, Doors, furnitures, the lot.
At first I tried to relogg in to the server, which did not change the problem.
I did a game restart with the same outcome.
Next I verified my game files on steam with no effect either.
I changed the keybinding to see if that might fix it, which it did not, and I set all my keybindings back to default with the same result,
At that point, I checked to see if it was happening in Single player as well and it does.
I followed up with uninstalling all the mods and checking if on a mod free official server the same thing would happen, and indeed it does.
So my last resort to fixing this was to do a clean uninstall of the game, deleting all files and reinstalling to test.
I went on official servers first and after a moment of it working as intended the bug was back so I am at a bit of a loss right now.
The oddest thing is, at times I can get it to work, be holding down they key and it suddenly deciding to randomly pop up the radial menu when I already turned away to do some thing else.

Steps to Reproduce:
I have litterally no idea how it happened.
It occured to a Staff member of the server I was playing on but nothing they did previous to the bug occuring was some thing I was doing, which was logging in and picking up empty chests and decorations, opening and closing chests and locking chests and doors.
