Random stuttering and Server settings not working

Game mode: Official live | Singleplayer
Problem: Bug | Performance

Hi guys,

So first of all, my MAIN issue is that I am coming across massive CPU spikes that freeze the game. The audio sounds rotten during this time so I believe it MAY be an audio issue? I have googled this and there seemed to be an issue with either AMD cpu’s or Audio devices that were causing this. Makes the game completely unplayable.

Secondly, I started my own server, changed some of the settings, specifically the crafting time one and nothing changed, even though it was “4.0” it was still crafting at the speed of 1.0 which, as most people know, is just time consuming. This is a video game not REAL life lol.

So yes, any help would be greatly appreciated.
