Really Upset with " Auto translation"

Bug Description:

Game is showing messages in Portuguese even though I set it to English.

Installed Mods:

Even a clean game with no mods running does that.

Steps to Reproduce:

Anytime any status update message (those in the right upper side of the screen) and the tooltips at hovering things, will show in Portuguese, no matter what other language I set up the game.
That is because my nationality and my Steam account base is in Brazil.
I really dont like it. The game should not do that, because if so, if I need to put my steam account here to thailand, my game will start showing up in thai or chinese ?

I’ve edited the title of your report to be a little more constructive.

rigultru, your try on humor was bad. I did not said I dont know how to speak portuguese. I said I dont want the game to be written in it. Learning portuguese wont magically make the game stop showing text in portuguese.
