Reapplying armor does not interrupt the "Extremely Cold Debuff"

If you get “extremely cold” debuff and put on adequate cold protection armor, it will not stop the extremely cold debuff any more.

details to find and fix the bug:

1. Ride to the very North.
2. Remove your armor for the wink of an eye, Realize the “Extremely Cold Debuff” starting.
3. Wear your armor again, the same that was OK before, even add some heating up foods.
4. Nothing changes. The “Extremely Cold Debuff” will not stop and kill you anyway.

If you change armor in an extreme temperature environment, it bugs out your character and you either get frostbite or heat stroke depending on the extreme environment you are in. There is no way to get rid of it except to die. Teleporting via maproom or walking to a normal temperature environment does not remove it. Once you have the temp debuff, you are dead.
