Who decides on the bans? being banned from ALL servers because a Clan I was in does cheats. Would understand if it were me, but I haven’t even played on the server in a long time
Best advice: Don’t be in a clan that cheats. If your clan does cheat, drop the clan, and inform Funcom of who they are and their methods through the Exploit Hunters program:
