Yes, we know about the issue but that doesn’t mean it is an easy or fast fix.
It doesn’t help if you go out sharing it with everyone. Contrary to popular believe, we are not holding a fix back out of spite, and posting it on reddit definitely does NOT help the developers figure out a fix faster.
All it does is ruin the game experience for more players and puts more pressure on the community team, which is not involved in fixing the bugs in the first place.
