Refund request, items or purchases

Just dashboard crashed on xbox server 2509, my dead character and horse are out side of the map boundries when i log back, again, so im submitting a ticket, again. I have never received any form of reply from any of my tickets and this is the last one i am submitting. Either give me a refund for this game, or give me my lost items back. The disconnect is not my fault, and i lose everything way too often for me to just let it go.

Support tickets are not available via email and i get directed back to the forums for assistance…worst customer service ever. Cant even contact them with an email they will ignore…now i just want the refund for this lemon of a game
