Bug Description:
*I persuaded my friend to purchase Isle of Siptah. Upon spawn, his graphics were not rendering, everything was pretty much black and all he saw was the ripple structure of the beach or water and outlines of landscape and structures. I’d upload screenshots but am not able to. Does anyone recognise this behaviour? We’ve always played on P4 together and never had any problem on Exiled Lands. Kinda feel bad as I made him spend money on Isle of Siptah that, as it turns out, he can’t play. *

Steps to Reproduce:
Can’t tell how to reproduce, but can tell you what he did. He had just installed Conan from scratch on his 1 month old PS5. He purchased and activated the DLC. Then he created a fresh character and spawned on the 4th spawn point. All black screen. He died ad respawned; still all black. He exited the server and quit the game, restarted and logged back in; still black. I guided him away from the spawn area (he followed my name tag to the base) and then logged off restart game again; still all black.
Welcome to the Forum. Have not read of any one having this problem sounds like something in the game settings we had to adjust settings to my wife’s ps4 when she got a new TV. It was way too dark but not blacked out. There’s quite a few ps5 players here someone will probably have a idea.
Thanks for the response sestus! Yeah, it’s not just dark, it’s more like looking at a slideshow of old photo negatives, except darker lol.

Did your friend try to create a new character? And do other servers or solo offline works fine?
I am sure there will be a simple solution because PlayStation is PlayStation and never heard about something like this before…expecting the thread I linked.
Maybe restoring the database or licences or reinstalling the whole game will help?
or the rendering is the whole problem we all have, it seems the engine is broken , because of the 5 sec freeze most of us have. It has nothing to do with settings or anything else, because if you start a new game , the problems begins right after the intro has ended.
