@Weddingcake ,Apparently you speak about official PvP servers on exile lands , correct ?
So here is your chance , go to Siptah , grow there that everything is equal and when you feel bored with your dominance , transfer your character in exile lands with greater gear and thralls to crush your enemies 
. Why do you think they made Siptah gear better
