Returning from suspension help

So I recently successfully appealed a ban

They told me it would drop on reset

It didn’t! I contacted and they got the message to change to suspension ending on the 23/1/2026

It’s now the 28th and the message now reads

“Failed to retrieve suspension data”

There telling me to renew licenses,which I did

Also rebuilt database and delete and reinstalled the game I even deleted local save data

All still returning to no access

Have anyone experienced this is there anything I can do or is it all on funcom side?

I realize you coming here is because you’re looking for help and insight regarding others who may have experienced the same.

This is the first instance I have seen where an appealed ban is showing such a message. Although, there was a recent post from someone else who successfully appealed their ban and it has been months with the ban in game not having been lifted.

My only suggestion is to reply to the ticket you already made you contacted them with when it didn’t work. It may be that there’s a bug in the system. If you have not already, tell them their troubleshooting instructions did not work.

What was there last instructions to you

That there forwarding it to the development team?

It said, “Drop on Reset” ?

If that is what I think it means, you might be waiting for a very, very long time.

They keep telling me it’s clear on their end

Well, the mention of “reset” gives me the impression of a server wipe.

That’s all I know.

All Officials normally reset/restart every day. That is probably what was meant.

We get the same “reset” terminology when a suspension is in effect.

good afternoon please come to 4012 there are many foundations on the map you have no place to make a base plus the server is lagging with. playing with 500 envelope some players are destroying the game
