Roll back the latest patch if you can't fix it in a timely manner

The latest patch made the game almost unplayable with all the stuttering, lag, freezing, and performance issues. I posted about it and on the same day you guys acknowledged the problem and said you were working to fix it. Other people acknowledged the problem in my thread and others. At this point, can anyone play the game decently? There is nothing I can do to mitigate the problem; changing or lowering video settings won’t solve anything. It doesn’t seem to be a computer performance issue.

Here we are three days later and the issue remains. I strongly suggest that if it’s going to take such a long time to fix the problem, consider just rolling back the game to its previous playable state until you can figure things out. Thanks.

I’m not having any of these issues, so it may be an issue with specific hardware models.

I’m running a GTX980Ti system with 32G RAM on an ASUS X99 Deluxe Systems. I have no stuttering, lag or freezing with Update 2.2 nor have the people I play with. So the game probably has a specific issue with your setup.

EDIT: I stand corrected. Something weird is going on. Patch dropped yesterday and everything was fine. Now all the sudden (today) I’m experiencing a lot of hitches.

To be fair until servers restart a few times the issues may not kick in immediately thus you are now expected to see some issues

People ask for roll backs but they could do that but then the wonder full world of mods kick in we just updated the mods and then they have to roll those back too on top of that there is a few irritating kinks with doing that but it breaks down to a lose lose situation and there is really no win win that’s why I’m glad on some games I have my consoles but games on pc as well

I play single player, so that is not the issue. And I tried with and without mods, and no difference.

As a Matter of fact, yes. No stuttering, no Server lag, all settings in ultra(i so not really notice a difference between Ultra and high Settings anymore). I play on modded Servers. FPS is pending between 100-120. Inside my Base i get a stable 60.

While mounted i did encounter some stuttering but only while using a horse.

I really do not Think that a rollback will solve anything.

I meant that all the mod authors would have to roll back there updates sorry for the miss understanding

I fully agree with this. I for one am not in favor of a rollback because I know there are a lot of other issues with this. However, I wish this game wasn’t so broken.

My private server has been reduced from 30 + players to 0-5, because of the updated Caton!
