Please make sure to claim the cloak on your Saga character. It should follow the same rules as Saga of Zath; you get the cloak on your Saga character, and then 1 additional claim for 1 other character on your account after the merge.

According to the rules in this thread, if you have a character on Saga then the cloak reward will be available to it whilst Saga is active AND After it closes … one will be come available on account claims.
