SAVAGE WILDS: TERRAIN (trees, rocks etc.) Keeps coming back

Bug Description: Terrain that has been cleared for base building keeps returning intermittently.

It’s happens in many locations and with all my players.

What I’ve done to try clear this issue: Verified my files on steam, verified the server files on Host Havoc, reinstalled ALL the mods, log out then in again (rarely works).

The Issue remains.

Installed Mods: PIPPI, THRALL WAR DUNGEON, AQUIONIAN FEMALES & PASSION BODY, CONSPIRATOR ARMOR.

Here they can help. Also this is my problem too, probably a widespread issue, I did not read through the whole bug report section.
