Fox skin atm. Double walls. Also other building pieces works different than vanilla ones. Its not hard to look it up yourself
About lags its just that gportal are worst of all hosts kinda
there is possible fix to ping and lag, because somehow servers seems cant hold more than 20 players online
I suggested long time ago
Split server population from 40 players to 20
that also will give finally the possibility to use that queue of waiting …
and servers wont be so much laggy
What funcom did
- deleted most servers because they were less populated ( LOGIC, they were less populated because that stupid g-portal cant hold 40 players on 8 gb ram ,…)
Maybe could hold 20…
Self test : siptah 6422
Players up to 10 = no lag all smooth
20 = ping 100 fps 25-30
23 = 400 ping . 15 fps
34 = 800 ping 3 fps
35 = death
by this , those features as wait queues will never be used NEVER because servers basically die when up to more than 20 players…
so again suggestion
Lower the player limit in one server to 20… and even then i doubt officials get full…

And we definitely appreciate the savings on real estate. Now I need to sell them the idea of a hamster cage being equivalent to an animal pen

Do you think Funcom did it on purpose? Or did the players who bought these products already know about the existing problems in the balance?
Some conspiracy theory…
Bugs will always and everywhere, just like bugusers, only the attitude towards them from the developers and the community is important.
The worst option for me would be a complete lack of new content, even paid.
What kind of “fox skin” I did not understand at all…
I absolutely agree with you about the lack of direct dialogue between players and developers and the current state of affairs, for this I will put a like under your post.
What I do not agree with is that the game should stagnate further or stop releasing new content for a long time, even paid.
For some reason, Funcom decided that they needed additional monetization to develop the Conan Exiles project…
I believe that ignoring or boycotting this decision will not help the development of the project.
We can only guess what will happen next, but the best we can do is continue to actively declare current problems, demand the solution of old bugs. If you read my posts, you will understand that I have the same opinion as you.

Doesnt have to be intentional to be p2w. But since they not seem to have interest to fix it asap I consider stuff like that intentional. They could simply had tested it before releasing it. And since there still stuff to fix that’s been out there for months now and still isnt fixed I consider that even more intentional.

Only if they know how the PvP works in their game. Which they don’t.

now that we are getting explicit with the exploits…
T-minus 5
Poison, explosive, smoke and acid can kill it if it stands still long enough
By all means try shooting arrows at a wolf while fighting 5-6 ppl. Your comment just goes to show the separation that exists in this forum.
Personally, I do not give a fig for the salt of PVP comments on this forum. It has been nothing but a “no fair!” nerf crier fest since day one. I can only equate it to being back in third grade.
Please do not take this personally Captain Insano, the water boy still loves you.
Yeah. I completely ignored the set until I read the fine print and realized the gibet was functional. It’s a nice piece of functionality in a small space but I can see why people would call it pay to win.

You already know the answers I’m going to give, so I’m not directly replying to you, but to others reading this.
The Gibbet has a few unique features. It pretty much fits in a 1x1 space versus a Lesser Wheel of Pain which is 3x3. It can also stack on itself. So technically you can make 8 Gibbets and have the functionality of a Greater Wheel of Pain in a 2x2x~3 space.
Technically…
For the cost of convivence of a single wheel you can have 8 or more and save space. For the cost of using a single Taskmaster for 8 thralls, you can save some space. For the cost of one’s sanity, you can save some space.
Technically… it is P2W… at the cost of more than just money however.
Also for the few dozen solo players masochistically enough to still be playing in PVP, it gives them a somewhat useful tool to break one thrall at a time and remain hidden. Only to lose them when their base is found, which it will be. Its P2W for them until that happens, then its P2Lose as the advantage they sought goes to their raiders.
But technically… Technically! They had an advantage for a day or two.
I imagine the actual use of the Gibbet will be for situations where someone wants some functional decor in a PVE sense. PVPers trying to exploit it will eventually be P2L in the long run. But who are we to tell them how to find another way to cede victory?

These are actually not exploits…
They’re simply bugged items… we cannot talk about malicious unintended use of them, since this is how they arrived and people are simply using them as they were intended, it’s the items that are broken…
This is similar to people going around and leveling places with lightning storm at 3.0 launch… they merely used something Funcom gave them, but they didn’t do anything special, they just used them as they were supposed to be used.
In this case all they’re doing is crafting a pet from the battle-pass and simply having it follow them like you would with any other pet…
This would only be an exploit if it required them some form of setup so that they could be used in an unintended manner, example: Zombies… when people took away their built-in hidden melee weapons so that they can equip them with actual weapons… that was an exploit. It required an additional purposeful setup in order to misuse zombies…

I’m just glad FC doesn’t do the SOE approach and randomly call stuff ‘clever use of game mechanics’.
Pull a mob to a specific location where it can’t attack… warning for exploiting.
Pull a mob to a specific location where it paths back an forth and can’t attack… perfectly fine.
Don’t play private servers!
That’s the main reason that funcom does not care too much about the officials! MONEY!
People get frustrated on public servers and start playing on private ones!

You really need to play Bloodhunt. This sounds daunting until you realize it really isn’t as you kill fellow vampires…but maybe the machine guns help.
