Server 1811 is having intermittent periods where the server stops responding and all clients jump to 1020 ping. The server may go for 5-10 mins or more before this happens. The host itself has a low ping, but the server software is struggling.

Happening on 1518 as well, exactly as you describe.
This server is locking up again, it’s been happening for hours and is unplayable.
Again and again. Almost for 4 hours. Unplayable.
Same on 1518.
