So i was killing the white tiger boss and was about to harvest it and switched to my acheronian pick when the server crashed and lost connection. When i finally managed to log back in, the predatory blade i was using got overwritten and now have two of the same acheronian picks, same mods and durability. Is this a known bug, and is there anything i can do to get my sword back?

Farm for more of those blades.
You need RipTide for the new sunken temple, and Crom Blade for your thrall, that Watchers Mask for night vision, and that Stygian Raider Chest with anti-venom to cure your drunkenness.
Never hurts to have redundancies. I never take things on my character unless I have duplicates at base.
It’s good practise to have several chests with duplicate items called “Wipe Chest 1” " Wipe Chest 2" etc
Bugs like this isn’t going to be the last time that will happen.
