Hello… Server decay time settings on all? most? Official public servers, for Thralls has been set to 1 day. I would attack the screen shot if it would let me.
Thrall decay time 1 day?!?!?
Appears to be all public official servers at least for PS and Xbox based on the threads.
My server was PvE 2729

This was a truly stupendous error on the part of whoever reset the server decay times.
Irreplaceable Thralls and gear all, all gone.
The only people who were saved this nightmare are those who logged in less than 24 hours before this change was made and they need to log on again, fast.
I still have crafters, but anyone who doesn’t log in before 1 day passes, every day, is going to lose all their followers too.
same on 1977- what a mess, and im afraid they will only apologize and tell for us to take another thralls, and set a 2x, so we lost all their gears too.
Our mounts, pets and fighter thralls are all gone. The logs in two different servers have messages where all our peeps decayed because our guild has not visited in a long time. That’s not at all true, we had members online earlier in the week.
As others on the forum have pointed out, the thrall decay timer is set for 1 day, and the Gportal account supervisors must be scrambling to figure out the save point that can be used for restoration.
And I think this means anything done in-game after the decay event on 9/1 around 7:38 PT (depending on your server) will be lost when/if a roll back occurs.
So I’ll wait and hope to have some sort of official word soon.
What a mess, indeed.
I wonder if this is what occurred with the Mayans and other Central/South America cultures that just vanished?
I just logged on now and lost all of my thralls except crafters. Armor and everything, I logged off on 8/31 and just logged on 9/2 because I have been getting home so late and have a 3 week old I couldn’t get on and now they are gone. The event log says " no member of the guild has been online in a long time" …I’m on server 2132
