My gportal server is greyed out. My friend can join however.
I just start up the game on game pass and try to find my friend and mines server.
There was an up date today.
You need to up date.
The gportal update is showing as automatic. And I don’t see a way to update through pc gamepass. It usually does it on it’s own automatically. Any idea how to do it manually from pc gamepass?
edit: Yeah I don’t see any way to update it. Any ideas?
Same here. Apparently Gamepass users did not get the update
The usual lack of updates for game pass version. This time, on top of that, reinstalling the game won’t work since not even the full version is available.
It’s really not worth the time. The game pass deal is that players may like the base game and proceed to buy the full version + DLCs.
But Funcom basically killed any hope for this to happen.

This is a game pass issue apparently. When will the game pass version of conan get the newest update? I JUST bought isle of siptah before this issue and would really like to be able to play it.
This is a known issue on the MS store side. The update is already out, but the gumpy Xbox for pc app sometimes forgets to check for an update. Try to task manager full kill it and reload, or restart your computer. If that doesn’t work, unfortunately a reinstall might be needed until microsoft gets it together and builds a proper updater

Aside from being the absolute worst at updates, it’s actually very good for game selection. Built like trash but the huge gamepass library is great.

It isn’t though. The servers are greyed out because they are on revision 354133/32628 which is the latest and is available on steam, so steam players can connect normally, but us gamepass players didn’t get an update and are stuck on 349660/32447, rendering us unable to connect to up-to-date servers
As suggested by Jimbo, uninstalling the game and downloading it again solved for me, the downloaded revision was 354133/32628, compatible with the servers I was trying to join
