They’re doing their best. All 3 of the people responsible for updates and the -2 people that test their updates.
Hopefully the transfers never return. It’s way too easy for a group to jump on a new server, raid and leave. And the game is so easy these days, what’s the point? The only interesting thing is to level up a new character and it doesn’t even take long.
You are correct. The game is easy in general. Might as well let people transfer and have fun.

Yep! Just want to have fun
This has been brought up numerous times. The best resolution has always been to allow transfers from PvP to PvE only, then unlimited transfers between PvE servers. Not allowing players to use the transfer feature because PvP doesn’t like it is ridiculous. If PvP cannot go between PvP servers, it solves that issue. PvE servers don’t allow raids and PvP players should not be allowed to return to a PvP server once transferred.
