Servers massive lagging and crashing

Returning player here.

I tried joining 1080, as it was the most popular PVP official server, only for me to play 5 minutes before the server goes down for 5 minutes, i rejoin, in another 5 minutes it went down for 30 minutes.

During this time, I joined 1111, massive lag, then server went down, we are currently at 30min+ being down.

Is this normal, or wtf is going on

Yea today both server 1080 and 1111 has been crashing all day with a lot of down time too.

I also just got hit by a hacker/cheater who removed all my equipment and inventory while I was out farming.

The game is FULL of cheaters right now and Funcom cant/wont do anything about it…..
