but what will it be if crafters cannot walk around their will be no settlement becuse your people /thralls is crafters and soldiers and performence as followers if you just let them stand their and do nothing like eat and sleep how can you call it a settlement you cannot. and about the clothing on the crafters but if you just want them to be a dress up doll as @Oduda aid before in another comment on this post, make it a toggle to turn off and on to settlement and then they can so you can doit with crafters make them dress up dolls just stand on a bench and maybe their gonna be a change in the future who knows only funcom. best selution will be the where you choose to turn the settlement on or off about the crafters and still make so they can have clothing on you choose

yes you can, they do not need to make it mandatory for everyone, i would like to decide which thralls i want to roam and which is not. i never asked for them to take my valueble thralls slots just to please someone who wants to play simms over conan.

youi do know there is no such thing as a real settlement? you make of the settlement as you want., i want control, i dont need tehm to tell me how my settlement could loook like, i would like to keep my inventory thralls, and use the system as i wish or if i want a static settlement is my choice,. i believe its people choice. not for them to decide how my settlement runs.
bring us proof , where are the links? that support your claim of this being requested by the people ? i want to see what they askedā¦ because what they asked and how this is being implemented could be very different.

This may very well have been added after I began playing on a non-modded server, which is why I asked for someone with more knowledge on the subject to elaborate on the matter. Thank you for providing further information. 
Not as much as your assumptions are. 
Actually back in the early days, even on early access, on PvE if you could access someones base you could just walk and and yank all of their stuff because everything was open. If it was in a bench it was free to grab, including the thralls uses in said benches. If there was a bench near a window, just reach on it and yank it all out. So itās not so much of a PvP thing, that was just how things were on the early days. You know, you needed to learn how to protect your stuff in order to SURVIVE back then.
Yeah, continuing to call it āthe sims in Conanā is a prime example of the false analogy fallacy. This update has absolutely nothing to do with āthe simsā.

this is a cosmetic change, no one should be forcing anyone ā¦ if they allow this. it will keep everyone happyā¦ there will be people with all his crafters deployed as they want in the new system
some others will just prefer the old way
and others will (like me) have a mix between the two.
