During the recent Shambala Round I found myself mostly ignoring the enhancement buffs that spawn.
This is due to not knowing what they do.
I typically only collect them so as to prevent the opposition from gaining an advantage, but ultimately probably waste whatever benefit is being granted.
Assuming the enhancements are identical to tsw, the recorded buffs follow. Some edits may need to occur over time to account for any differences. I’m not sure i’ve ever even seen the communal healing enhancement.

First AId Cross
‘Physician’s Blessing’ - 100% increase in healing for 20 seconds.
‘Fortified Will’ - Immunity to all crowd control effects for 15 seconds.
‘Warming Aura’ - Immunity to the cold DoT outside of the arena for 25 seconds.
‘Surge of Puissance’ - Increase damage, size, and movement speed by 25% for 20 seconds.
‘Heaven’s Leap’ - Increase your jump height by 10 meters and provides immunity to hinder effects.
‘Life Eater’ - 50% leech effect for 15 seconds.
And the rare group ones that appear in the middle;
’Communal Will’ - Bracketed Prison Bars
Team immunity to all crowd control for 15 seconds.
Stolen Time - Bracketed Downward Arrow
Team running ability cooldown reset, 2 minutes.
’Communal Healing’ - Bracketed First Aid Cross
Heals team members for 60% of their health.
