Shaped Wood Recipe Not in Carpenter Bench

So I am playing on a private single player map and I learned the carpenter bench, which was supposed to unlock shaped wood. But when I go into the bench and try to find the recipe, it just isn’t there. I really need help if anyone has any idea what to do!!

2 things to try, based on my own experience.

  • Pick the bench up and place it again, sometimes that’s all it needs. If not,
  • Restart the game after placing the bench, I’ve found they don’t always work straight away.

Also if you used a yellow lotus potion, make sure you checked the carpenter bench perk again.
