Noticed that the Shield of Kutamun says it’s supposed to add to the bearers armor rating. So I added it to my inventory and equipped it only to find no change in armor rating.
I play SP, vanilla, test live.
The sheild last I checked was admin spawn only along with lots of other stuff which is not obtainable other than admin
So won’t be fixed

It dropped twice in my test live game from legendary chests.
Definitely not admin-only. And the armor bug has been around since last December. Probably a low-priority bug.

I’ve been around since beginning and never had one drop anywhere I spawn stuff often and last I checked which was years ago 
I found out it won’t drop but that could have changed like the black hand tents, where does it drop exactly

Yeah it’s low as can be but both sheild (scorpions too) are ugly as can be and well used them before and just straight ugly 
but I guess if the scorpion sheild gets fixed op sheild will be too but still ugly

Lantern sheild and this one image on admin look the same = both ugly

I have it 2-3 times… And all other shileds way more often. So it drops, but its rare.
